Just as your car needs regular maintenance, so does your boat. Boats have many more mechanical and electrical systems than cars and each one has its own maintenance schedule. Regular maintenance of all systems will assure trouble-free operation, reduce chances of failure while under way, extend life, and preservation of asset value.

2. What service do you offer?
We offer several different preventative maintenance programs to fit different vessels and different budgets. From the basic monthly operation and checking of all major vessel systems to the more expansive twice monthly check and operation of all vessel systems, we have a program that will fit your needs. We will also custom design a program that is specific to your vessel and your desire. A consultant can provide more details along with a complete listing of all systems that are covered.

3. If something is found to be defective can you arrange to have it repaired?
Yes. We have a team of factory trained mechanics available to make repairs to nearly any of the mechanical and electrical systems found on a boat.

4. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All work performed is documented and guaranteed to be performed according to factory methods and practices.

5. Do you have insurance?
Yes. BAYS are fully insured for all risks up to $2 million.

6. Are you authorized to work in my marina?
Yes. BAYS have agreements in place with dozens of marinas in the Bay and Delta. Should you vessel be moored in a marina that we currently do not have an agreement with, one will be established prior to any work beginning.
